  • Research areas: BPM in emerging economies, BPM expertise and BPM education, Critical success factors and measures of process modelling, IT Evaluations, Research and Data Analysis methods and strategies for BPM and IS
  • Publications: More than 60 internationally referred publications on these and other BPM topics
  • Regular speaker at BPM practitioner forums Nationally and Internationally
  • Co-Developer of QUT’s Continuing Professional Education BPM Training Seminar Series
  • Extensive teaching experience in Process Management and related subjects in undergraduate and postgraduate university courses
