Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course agenda

The Lean Six Sigma methodology has become a successful and popular methodology for designing and improving business processes by reducing waste, process defects and improving process flow. It is based on an establish measurement methodology and a structured approach for changing business processes.

This four day course explores in depth the Lean Six Sigma methodology and discusses in detail the business process improvement approach DMAIC. After the training, participants will become familiar with each phase of the DMAIC cycle, as well with the established tools and methods in each step. The training uses real-life business scenario as a consistent, ongoing teaching case, where each participant will explore DMAIC hands-on. Participants will be issued a certificate of attendance. An optional exam to be held after the course affords participants the IASSC Six Sigma Green Belt accreditation.
